Bureaucracy rant
Still no housing application... Got to love bureaucracy. I love the word bureaucracy, although I hate the concept. I would never be able to spell bureaucracy in the one thousand times I have written it, at least. Spent a full hour on the phone with Charter. They were no help. All I want to do is...
