Another Med for Me
Saw the doctor today. He gave me Ambien, a sleeping pill. I've never taken sleeping pills before. It really makes me nervous but I'm desperate. I tried to nap for four hours; got about 45 minutes of actual sleep. Goodness knows that can't continue. More stuff Uganda today as well. The books came... Sign in to see full entry.
