Let me make some things clear from the outset: I am not Jewish, nor Arab, nor do I have any Israeli or Arab friends. I have no personal, business or political links with Israel, nor any Arab state; nor do I have anything to gain by supporting the interests of either side in the tragic mess that is the Middle East.
