I Wish This Would Be Scrapped

Since 2003 Major League Baseball has awarded home field advantage in the World Series based on the league that wins the All Star game. When People Do Not Recycle

Without looking at any statistics and going from what I see, I would venture to guess that most people do not recycle. Some people have no choice in the matter.
