Two Arms

I'm a two-arm donor when it comes to platelets and plasma. One arm takes in the blood while the other arm is where the blood is returned minus the platelets and plasma. There are one-arm donors. 10 too Much

When it comes to melatonin, I stick to 2.5 mg to 5 mg. That range enables me to sleep. One time, I accidentally bought 10 mg gummies of it. Big mistake. I ended up finding it hard to get out of bed. Chewing Gum

My gum chewing time is after any meals, snacks and any non-water drinks. I was advised to start chewing sugar free gum back in 2014 in order to help clean my teeth.
