The tropical storm/hurricane known as Elsa has come and gone from the Tampa area, near where my daughter lives. Other than losing a limb off her mango tree - and having to rescue half a dozen not quite ripe mangoes and a brief power outage, no troubles - the water didn't rise as they'd worried...
