And in Nevada: Cop’s Warning Leaves Public Shaken...

When the police in Reno, Nevada, respond to an emergency, it isn’t enough just to use a siren. Says Sgt. Eric Spratley: “We see people who don’t hear us, or their music is too loud.” So the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is testing a device called the Rumbler, a subwoofer loudspeaker installed...
