And in New York: Hit-and Run-Driver Sues for Damages...

New York City Harry Shasho is alleging in a lawsuit that the police failed to care for his 2005 Bentley GH sedan, which they impounded in 2005 after Shasho hit and killed a pedestrian. Shasho pleaded guilty in leaving the scene of an accident after he mowed down Louis Couch. He claims in the lawsuit... Sign in to see full entry.
