Absolutely shocking...

I came across a news item today which floored me. Here it is: according to CNN, “Texas has begun sending undercover agents into bars to arrest drinkers for being drunk, a spokeswoman for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission said Wednesday.” This is happening in the Land Of The Free???
