Good intentions gone entirely awry. Now that the Gummint has its mitts so deeply into tobacco taxes, they aren't going to stop collecting that money if and when they stamp out tobacco.

naut.... This is absurd.
Those checkers could be posted at the borders. They could be looking for Crystal being brought in by the tons. This is absolutely rediculous. fymystic you think everything is either Christian or Republician that is off center. It isn't! An excellent post as usual. I will miss your work. This is true!
I read about it today. What's happening in Texas is that it's an election year, and the Republicans have to court their right-wing Christian base. A frightening quote from a spokeman for TABC, the agency that oversees alcohol sales and consumption: "we realize that it's legal to drink, we just don't want people to overdo it?'
