A Touching Moment

Aunt Betty's funeral service was on Saturday. What a wonderful service it was. What stood out to me most centered around my cousin Carey's son Miles. Not Enough Time

The standard class time was 40 minutes in high school. Then there were the different scheduling mechanisms where we could have classes as short as a half hour. Aunt Betty 1944-2023

I found out on the way to work yesterday that Aunt Betty passed away around 5:30 a.m. yesterday morning. I feel a mixture of sadness and relief. Aunt Betty Update 3/5/2023

Aunt Betty was moved to a hospice location on Tuesday. Back on Sunday, the end looked near. Home hospice is really more so for people where the end is super immediate. No Favorite Summer Holiday

I cannot say I have a favorite summer holiday. While the summer holidays are different with their meaning, they all have the same feel to me.
