Where Does the Decimal Go?

When it comes to my multiplication and division tables, I have done well with those. I can instantaneously give you the answer. Even with larger numbers, I am pretty good, too. Mr. Spicer's Leg

Mr. Spicer had a pronounced limp. I could tell he had one leg shorter than the other. My father, in fact, has such a situation. Dad wears a buildup on his right foot.
