The Water Fountain

All of this writing about my sophomore gym class got me to thinking about the popularity of the water fountain in elementary and middle school. The line would be long to the water fountain. Maxing Out

The climax of the weightlifting unit in gym class was the maxing out for the bench press. The way it works is that you start off with a low weight that you can lift. You lift once.
