This week I have a break from personal problems.

Why? Because sometimes all of us need to get away. I don´t know what is going on at home. I will find out on Sunday when I call from the airport in L.A. Sign in to see full entry.

Parental Myth of Mental Illness

Sigmund Freud blamed all mental illness on parenting. Even though we no longer believe most of what Freud said, we still believe that parents and environment cause mental illness. In comparing myself with my daughters, I think that we prettty much were born with it and it didn't manifest itself... Sign in to see full entry.

The rest of the story.

The worst thing was what happened next. After going to the emergency room in an ambulance, she went into the ER. After waiting for a mental health nurse to talk with her, and the mental health nurse being delayed, Krsitina decided to walk on her own. For some reason she went north. We live south of... E-mail to my Legislators in Washington state.

Today I had to call the police today about my daughter. She used my credit card without permission and stole from my purse. She is twenty three years old and mentally ill. She was attending college at Western Baptist in Salem OR until October when she became ill again and had to drop out. She has... Sign in to see full entry.

However, I turned my brother in for sexual abuse of his stepdaughter. This will be much harder but if I believe that it is in... Sign in to see full entry.

Does she have a conscience?

Yesterday I confronted Kelly about using my card without permission. She spent four hundred dollars in one day. She admitted that she had done it, but refused to do anything about it. She said that she was penniless and thus forced to steal. Then she got mad and stomped off. I know that she knew it... Sign in to see full entry.

Having a Sense of Humor

Yesterday my daughter Brenda wanted me to take her to her college, so she could register. There is a bus that goes directly to it and she can pay her tuition with her credit card. So I refused. Then she said that she wanted her state identification card. To that I said yes--the bus doesn't go there.... Sign in to see full entry.
