Environmental researchers call for ban on cigarette filters

SAN DIEGO, May 6 (UPI) -- Only a third of the 6 trillion cigarettes sold and smoked each year end up in ashtrays. The rest get flicked sporadically across the Earth's floor. Peace talks in South Sudan to begin

Billionaire Poroshenko leads field in Ukraine's presidential election
