Herbert Smulls, on death row in Missouri, gets last-minute stay
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Herbert Smulls, set to be executed in Missouri for killing a jewelry store owner in 1991, got a last-minute reprieve Tuesday from the U.S. Supreme Court.
