Iranian minister says progress made during Geneva talks

GENEVA, Switzerland, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- A draft agreement curbing Iran's nuclear program does not go far enough, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said Saturday at talks in Geneva.
