Kagan to be sworn in as justice
WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- Elena Kagan will be sworn in as the nation's 112th Supreme Court justice Saturday. The Senate, on a 63-37 vote Thursday, confirmed Kagan's nomination.
