Israel On the Ground - Part One

This is not a political or particularly religious post – but more a travelogue of my 7 days in Israel. This trip – my 10 th as it turns out – was a first for me. It was the first time that I didn’t travel though a program or organized group. My husband Jeff and college son Ben and I were free to travel where we wanted, sleep in, see friends and family – basically making this a “recreational” rather than a “mission” trip.
