Yes George pulled a Wiley today. He got on the telephone to the insurance company and did not give up until he got the right person to speak with that could clarify the issue about the cost of drugs. It was cleared up and all is well with our pharmacy now. That outrageously expensive medication was picked up after the call and it cost $6.30 as opposed to over $200. It was supposed to have been taken care of the first of September but wasn't and all is well now. Now the issue that bothers me is... Sign in to see full entry.
