Day-lilies began to bloom and changed every thing.
My vinegar and jelly making changed mid stream when I realized the Day-lilies were blooming. I am sure you have seen these before I make them every year but they are delicious and do not last long. The vinegar is perfect for a very long time but the Day-lilies wilt or become droopy looking in a couple of weeks and you can eject them. These are so good with the Rosemary and the Rosemary blossoms, Thyme, peppercorns and garlic powder. I use them on beans from green pole beans to pintos, pork loin,... Sign in to see full entry.
