DO PEOPLE CONTROL THEIR ACTIONS MORE DEPENDING ON WHERE THEY LIVE
I received a telephone call this morning and heard an incredible tale. The woman begins telling me that she and her husband were awakened last night by sounds and blue whirling lights going off out side their window. Lots of lights in fact. They get out of bed to check and find a fire truck across the street, police cars everywhere, swat team going toward another house up the street.
