Through an executive order, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has made our beloved state stay-at-home, effective at 8 p.m. The car washes have been open, for they are considered essential (i.e. police washing their vehicles). Normally, the car wash cellphone receives at least 15 calls. In the last 10 days, when the Coronavirus heated up, the nuisance number has gone to at most three a day.
