Understanding the Price Increase

Most of our car wash club customers have been understanding of our price increase for memberships. It's $1 per vehicle. All you have to do is go to a grocery store or a gas station, and you'll see all of the inflation. Certainly, $1 per vehicle doesn't sound so bad with gas prices having increased... I Wasn't Clear and More

I wasn't clear last entry with regard to Al. Al didn't pay the rent because he was using COVID as a hardship excuse. What happened is that he and his wife have COVID. Returns, Settlement, Late Rent

A Rough Surgery

Dad's surgery was a success, although a rough one. That's not to say that things have gone on without any hiccups. There was a nasty nurse there who was unwilling to help the one-armed Dad undress.
