An Era Ends

Location A is out of gas and diesel. The Oil Company is there, getting the pumps out of there. At some point, the canopy will be removed. The biggest task of all are the tanks. Out of the Residential Landlord Business

Yesterday, we sold our final house of the three rental houses Dad owned behind Location A. Al ended up buying it. I'm glad that we are out of the rental business. When the System Went Down a Lot

Location B's RFID system for the car wash club went down sometime yesterday morning or late the night before. That means members cannot wash their vehicles, car wash codes do not work nor do credit cards. It simply means we need to reboot the system. I say it happens about once a season, the timing...
