Major Accident and More

There was a major accident on the other side of the highway yesterday. Two box trucks had gotten into an accident and were mangled. Even what I will call the box part had sides missing on both. Targeted Advertising

Our latest plan is to do some online advertising. It's really amazing what is out there. You can target areas and their demographics. Understanding the Price Increase

Most of our car wash club customers have been understanding of our price increase for memberships. It's $1 per vehicle. All you have to do is go to a grocery store or a gas station, and you'll see all of the inflation. Certainly, $1 per vehicle doesn't sound so bad with gas prices having increased... I Wasn't Clear and More

I wasn't clear last entry with regard to Al. Al didn't pay the rent because he was using COVID as a hardship excuse. What happened is that he and his wife have COVID. Returns, Settlement, Late Rent
