Settlement

Milton Miles was able to quickly negotiate our way out of our tiff with the Oil Company. We received a buyout on the contract. Enter Milton

November 2021. It was obvious we needed to change lawyers from Peter Kunkel. We were paying for three lawyers at Peter's firm. Besides Peter, there was Andy Goldstein, who handled rent court. Spoke too Soon?

Dad went from being high on Iron Grizzly to being annoyed at them. The source of the annoyance stems from the electrical work component. So Far So Good

Monday was an historic day at Location A. We began our much-needed renovations of the tunnel. So far, things are flying by with the renovations. Strong Grizzly sure knows their stuff. Herbert Meyerwitz

Fall 2021 Dad had himself a zoom call with Herbert Meyerwitz, the Little Bank's lawyer, and Mia Cozart. I know Mia does something with the loan process at the Little Bank. I do not know what exactly.
