Our self-service car wash bays have an alarm that sounds when the customer's wash cycles have one minute remaining. Having this courtesy signals to the customer that they better hurry up or to insert more quarters with each quarter bringing an additional thirty seconds. Should time expire a customer... Rattled
I felt pretty rattled after working at Location D on Tuesday. Location D is different from our other locations in that it has a convenience store. The store proved to be a source of stress.
