Not Coming Back

My parents have been separated since last June. Dad lives in an apartment located ten minutes from the house. On Saturday Dad told me that he informed Mom he will not be coming back. Saturday was a rainy day at Location A where I spent a good chunk of the day working the tunnel and the gas. People by and large don’t wash their cars when it rains. Last week was a week for great news. Marty Goldberg gave Dad a check that covered one month’s rent.
