The Machines Let Him Know

When Dad opened Location B nearly a decade ago, I was amazed at how the automatic touch free would page Dad whenever there was an issue. Sub Shop Family

Here and there I have mentioned that Cousin Vince and I clean the Elia Family's vehicles. They own the sub shop across the street from Location B. Odds and Ends...September 2011

Rain, Rain, go away! During August and September the Baltimore Metropolitan Area received 23 inches of rain. Thirteen of those inches occurred in September, making it our rainiest September ever. On Foot

Out of the three businesses that we operate, Location D is the only one that gets any foot traffic. When the weather is right about 25% of the customers walk to the business instead of driving. The reason lies in one thing that Location D has that our other two businesses, Locations B and C do not...
