Greedy?

I have heard Dad say a time or two after Leaving Location Y on December 31, 2009 that the rent at Location Y was unfair, even going so far as to tell Steve Redder that Marty Goldberg was "greedy with the rent." A Matter of When

Dad is currently looking to replace the automatic touch free at Location B. Installed in 2002, the machine has been having a ton of mechanical issues over the last year. Birthday, Vacation, Enjoyment

Saturday was Cousin Vince's 81st birthday. Happy Birthday, Vince! A week from today, Dad will be headed to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a two week vacation. As usual, I will be running the show. December 2009 was Dad's last month at Location Y. After a 2009 where the rent had been reduced by one-third, 2010 was to see the rent go back to normal.
