Ten More Years?

Peter, the landlord at Location C, and Dad have verbally agreed to adding ten more years to the lease. The lease would last until 2030. Drop 7

Dad paged Josh Gabber. The timing was around 1995. Josh did not work for Dad at the time. However, he was a great friend of Dad's with HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience, coming in as a contractor when Dad needed him. Halloween at the Businesses

Seeing Halloween decorations up already at the stores has me in the mood to post about the holiday. Across the street from Location B, the Elia Family Sub Shop goes all about for Halloween.
