The Empty Bank

For a time, Location D did its banking at M&T Bank. The story there is a long run as to why we went from Big Bank to M&T back to Big Bank. Anyway, the M&T bank branch was nicknamed the empty bank. An Ode to the Coin Counter

I am so thankful for coin counters. The car washes take in excess quarters. Those quarters need to go to the bank. Quarter counters save me a lot of time counting quarters. Those Employees

At Location A, when rewashes occurred, employees were required to write that a rewash had occurred on the shift sheet and to fill out a rewash form signed by the customer receiving the rewash. When Car Wash Club payments are not processed, I will text the person first. The following day, I will e-mail. The third day, I will call.
