Abundant Quarters

One thing we do not have a shortage of at the car washes is quarters. The car washes have an ability to never find ourselves needing quarters, which would mean bank runs. Boat Blues

Paul the landlord also has three tenants behind Location C. One of those tenants is an auto mechanic, Do It Right Auto. A few years back, a woman at the mechanical shop called the car wash cellphone. Not a Good Offer

You might recall Location D is kinda sorta for sale. A company did inquire about buying it. They were willing to pay more than the asking price, but first, Dad would need to fill the gasoline tanks up with gas.
