The aftermath of a storm can leave one with many feelings. Often getting back to the regular routine can be a challenge. I just read about two teachers reportedly having sex in the classroom. Though the door was locked, and a paper covering the window, middle school students saw. Both resigned! We have a relative in the hospital, who had a disagreement with his spouse last weekend. She went about 300 miles out of town to take her Mom to see her sister, who was ill. About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
