Back From NYC............Shelly's Naked Cowboy?

However, each of the 3 days I stayed right on Times Square, alas, the Cowboy wasn't there........I tried for Shelly.....but I didn't want her to be disappointed.......I'll be back in NYC in September and will try again.....
