Father Charged Months After 6-year-old Girl Strangled Her Brother...

A Texas man has been charged with child abandonment six months after his 6-year-old daughter apparently killed her 1-year-old brother with a seat belt while they sat unattended in a vehicle. Ladders!

Are dangerous.. One got me today.. They should be banned!!! Okay, just a bit sore.
