Are Muslims Exempt From ObamaCare Because It Violates Sharia Law?

I guess we now know why the President is exempt......just kidding. This is very puzzling. Why did such strong proponents of separation of church and state specifically proved exceptions on religious grounds? If the Amish are exempt...why wouldn't Muslims also be exempt.
