Kentucky Just Passed a Very Different Type of Seat Belt Law...............

It went into effect September 1.....and the result have already been pretty amazing....... Prior studies have predicted that accidents, yes accidents, can be reduced by as much as 43% when the belt is properly installed...... Correct installation is shown below........ Sign in to see full entry.
