Annnnd, I'm Back
I am home, very very tired, but I am home. I haben't got the final report, but the preliminary reports indicate that the drug overdose situation didn't cause any damage to my heart. Despite blizzard conditions, I arrived safely in Marquette. I was driving less than 30 feet from the Superior coastal waters and couldn't see the lake. Yippie!! More later if I can do so. V Sign in to see full entry.
Ernie Ford sang a song long ago about "Sixteen Tons." Iw as on the road all day yesterday to pick up the young man show spent most of the summer with me as we traveled the UP taking photos and such. I am about to leave for the day. Just to make it nice traveling weather, it is -3 right now but heading toward 23 or so. I just found out that I have to make a quick trip south tomorrow (Tuesday) so I'm making a few posts tonight as I have to go down there and back by 6PM, roughly a 700 mile round trip.
