Day 79 of the state wide ordered lock-down. I've finished the last of my Amazon food delivery, and now face a bleak reality. I must kill someone. I hate to do it, but things have gotten real bad with this 'virus thing.' I've thought about it long and hard, I guess I must revert to cannibalism. I... Sign in to see full entry.

Six. It is six degrees right now. My 'lucky number' is six, but there is nothing 'lucky' about a temp of six on the first day of Spring. A look forward finds that once I get by the next two days, the temps begin to rise quite exponentially. At least I can hope that is true. I've got numerous... Sign in to see full entry.

Bovine Scat? What's This Idiot talking About?
I was sitting here, wandering through some of my projects in my 'bone pile,' and one suddenly stuck out to me. I had started that story with the idea that it would be the follow-up to my first dystopian story. Then circumstances began to happen faster and faster, and I couldn't maintain the proper... There's an old saying that goes along the line of 'Nothing lasts forever.' The person that said that probably was a Yooper. It was 47 and quite pleasant yesterday. I'm putting up a 'hostel' sign in my yard. Over the past week, I've had three groups of 'friends' (who never talk to me or return emails or calls) stop by here to 'freshen up' (code word for using my bathroom) and grab a couple of Cokes as they head to other places of interest in the UP. I just... Sign in to see full entry.

The Riddle (Not A Joke)
It's almost 12:30AM now, but I needed to hold a long conversation with my Father. Yeah, he's been gone since June of 1994, but that doesn't stop me from talking with him all the time. As I sometimes do, I pulled up a song that always reminded me of him by 'Five For Fighting.' I met John Ondaraski of... Sign in to see full entry.
I was on the phone with someone who needed an ear until about 3AM. They called me just as I was getting ready to call it a day ~ 1 AM, and as soon as they started talking, I knew it was going to be a long conversation. Lonely and confused is getting to describe more and more people. Yeah, it started... Sign in to see full entry.
