What a horrid day. I left early to go to Marquette to see a specialist. Three hours of driving on a slippery road in the middle of a snow/sleet/rain/snot storm. We had a lovely walk along the river. The dogs played along the banks, with one of them jumping in for a swim. There is a pair of geese there with little gosling's swimming around, and the parents made a great show of how fierce they could be. I explained to them that our animals would not harm...
