This big female moose was grazing along the side of the road (M-28 - the main east-west thoroughfare across the UP)about five miles east of Newberry. She probably weighed about 1800 pounds. She was beautiful, but you don't want to mess with them. They can be right down nasty and will stomp you like... Sign in to see full entry.
