Journal of Today...

Last bit of homework before I can join friends in the hotel lobby. It's going to be hard to keep meeting my writing goals while I'm here. I want to do is hang out. Not work. Marching and poetry...

I found a place to stay for the Obama march. I made business cards for $2.34. I dropped off my zines at Hampshire and picked up my extra keys from Zyn. I had to worst writer's block yesterday. I woke up early and wrote a poem about sleeping with Richard, my cat. It's cute! Random Thoughts

Plans for DC are coming together. Even though I only earned $11 when I went to sell the books back at Raven today. I completed day 9 of my poetry contest and booked the DC paratransit reservations. Today

Still on track for payout. Selling books tomorrow morning finally. I hope to earn $40. I have many plans to finish tomorrow which is good and why I'm getting up early. Today...

I'm at 99 cents here already. If I keep this up and earn 17 cents a day, I'll make payout for September. I'm watching a video on alzheimer's disease and it's sad. Michelle is making soup for dinner. Today...

I slept until nearly noon, waking up at 11:50. May read my "What are you First?" essay and liked it but had no criticism. I'll take to writing group on today to get real help with it. Today...

I have temporarily adopted (for one day) one eyed cat Leah and I have taken to calling Bandit. Later, Celina will come take him away to a vet. Richard an he are cute playing. Today...

I am up way early. I went to bed at 2 and woke up at 7, unable to return to sleep. I'm so groggy now. I'm having cable trouble again. My 4th poem is mostly done.
