Want to loose ten pounds?

Suzzane Summers says that if you go to bed between 9 and 10pm you'll automatically loose ten pounds within a few months. The reasoning is simple: less late night meals/alchohol and most importantly a healthier life style! Sounds reasonable to me! Sign in to see full entry.
