Word of the day: fecund - prolific. Fade Out is now over 19k words and still going strong. I thank everyone who continues to read the story. I am having so much fun writing it. I'll be posting another installment today. I'm watching a television series called House of Cards. It has Kevin Spacey and... Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: execrable - detestable. To answer your question Godiec; yes, many countries do. Look at the news. Even part of our government refused to wear a mask. Fade Out is now at over 18k words. I will be posting another installment sometime today. I can't wait to finish it so that I can... Sign in to see full entry.

Today I walked for forty minutes. I came home and the dogs wanted to be with me. That meant no follow up Zumba or abs. Later tonight I was able to do one Zumba minus the one song that is too hard on my right ankle and twenty minutes of abs. I've lost another pound!!!! Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: insidious - subtle, treacherous, seductive. This year it felt like every day that passed was in slow motion. Now it is almost the end of the year I wonder. Where did the year go? Word of the day: dilatory - tardy. Bilious can also mean nauseated. I only posted one definition. I didn't do any exercise after my walk. I stayed off my feet yesterday. Today I did a 40 minute walk followed by almost a full Zumba ( I skipped one song that was too hard on my ankles) and 30 minutes of abs. Ankles are still bothering me and I don't want to push it. Maybe later today if feeling... Sign in to see full entry.

Yesterday I didn't workout because of the ankles. Today they still hurt. I just took a walk for seventy minutes. Some lady decided to make a left turn onto the street I was crossing. She started to turn into the lane I was in. I told her off. She decided to lower her window to say something. I... Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: bellicose - quarrelsome. This time of year more than any other we remember the Holy Family. The birth that occurred over 2000 years ago that changed history, religion and culture. Millions celebrate His birth annually. Seven years ago while I was in Cairo, Egypt, A7mad took me to... Sign in to see full entry.
