I always thought bilious was when someone was awfully sick. Maybe it is different in USA. I had a bilious attack. Wish I could walk like you.

It's hard to get in those miles in the winter. I used to do a lot of
walking on some of the 25 miles or so of bike trails around this area. There are trails that replace the old rail lines where streetcars ran back in the 20s and 30s. They salvaged the rails and volunteers maintain them these days. Walking a mile on my lunch hour used to make my work days so much better. Be safe.
