July Records Lowest Death Toll Of 2007

With eighty confirmed deaths, July ended with the lowest death toll for American troops since November of 2006. But that didn't stop the Iraqi civilian death toll from skyrocketing to 1653 (it was 1227 in June). Of course, there's no way to really know how many rebels, insurgents, al Qaeda...
