Disheartening

The top military spokesman in Iraq yesterday told us that the situation in Iraq is "disheartening." At the same time, president Bush was speechifying his win-at-any-cost ideology to another pre-selected auditorium full of pre-selected rah-rah Republicans. And it is disheartening. Crackdowns and...
