New Orleans Police Force Weakened, Many Unaccounted For

Some 500 policemen on the New Orleans police force have dropped out of the ranks. Some are still trapped in cut off areas within the city. Death Toll Could Top 10,000, Says Mayor. How About 20,000 Or More?
