So, I haven't done much exercise this week which isn't me. Weekends are the hardest time because of lack of sleep. That means not a whole lot of sleep. I'm going to end up taking a nap so I can do it again tonight. I've kind of fallen off the wagon this week with the exercise. It doesn't get much freer than yesterday's free day

I'll tell you that I haven't eaten like that in quite a while. I don't think I ate a lot which was good considering what I ate. I switched my karate class from Tuesday evening to Saturday morning. There were a lot of factors involved in this decision with college being at the top of the list.
